A very warm welcome to Our Trust

A Trust formed in April 2014 by Fairchildes Primary School, with our neighbours, Rowdown Primary, joining us in June of the same year. In September 2018, Monks Orchard Primary School in Shirley became the third school in the Trust.
Our motivation for forming the Trust in 2014 was to make a positive difference for the children in our local community.
It is our wish that the educational experience of children attending the schools within the Trust are broadly similar. To this end, whilst retaining our own identity, we work in close partnership to secure the provision of outstanding levels of education for our pupils.

Photos from Rowdown Primary School's post This week, Rowdown embraced the great outdoors for a fantastic Outdoor Learning Day! 🌿☀️
Every class took their regular lessons outside, proving that learning can happen anywhere. From maths on the playground to writing inspired by nature and science investigations in the fresh air, the children showed brilliant enthusiasm, teamwork and creativity throughout the day.
Outdoor learning encourages curiosity, communication and wellbeing, and it was wonderful to see the children so engaged and excited in a different learning environment. A huge thank you to all staff for making the day such a success! 19 Likes

Rowdown Primary School

This morning, Pete, our attendance mascot, was out in the playground encouraging and promoting good attendance and punctuality! ⭐⏰
He loved meeting the children, handing out smiles and stickers to those who arrived on time, and helping to create a fun and positive start to the day for everyone. 😊🎉

Photos from Rowdown Primary School's post Year 5 had a fantastic visit to the Horniman Museum on Friday to hook them into their new history topic — Ancient Egypt!
The children took part in a workshop where they explored and handled Ancient Egyptian artefacts, learning how historians discover clues from the past. They showed great curiosity and represented the school brilliantly throughout the day. 13 Likes
