A very warm welcome to Our Trust

A Trust formed in April 2014 by Fairchildes Primary School, with our neighbours, Rowdown Primary, joining us in June of the same year. In September 2018, Monks Orchard Primary School in Shirley became the third school in the Trust.
Our motivation for forming the Trust in 2014 was to make a positive difference for the children in our local community.
It is our wish that the educational experience of children attending the schools within the Trust are broadly similar. To this end, whilst retaining our own identity, we work in close partnership to secure the provision of outstanding levels of education for our pupils.

Photos from Rowdown Primary School's post On Monday, a group of 12 of our Year 4 children took part in an exciting cross trust Wondermaths Challenge alongside teams from Fairchildes and Monks Orchard. The event was packed with both individual and team activities involving shape and number, that really put their maths skills
to the test! All pupils showed outstanding teamwork, resilience, and problem-solving throughout the day—rising to every challenge with enthusiasm and determination. Well done to the children from all 3 schools – it was a

We are delighted to announce that before the Easter holidays we were awarded The Wire Award (Widening Inclusion in Religious Education in Croydon Schools).
The judging panel felt our application was one of the best they have ever seen, with such a wide range of visitors, trips and experiences enhancing the teaching of RE at Fairchildes.
Well done to Miss Lindo for her wonderful work to promote RE at Fairchildes, for the teachers for making sure RE lessons are fantastic and for the children for being so enthusiastic in lessons. We are very proud! 26 Likes

Last week, 5D entertained us by performing the start of 'Cirque du Freak' for their class assembly. We could see how much the class loved studying the book in literacy and brought it to life with fantastic singing, acting and dancing. Well done 5D! 22 Likes
