Encompass
Welcome to Encompass at Fairchildes Primary School, a purpose-built Enhanced Learning Provision designed to support children with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Fairchildes Primary School is proud to be an Inclusion Flagship School, offering a fully accessible environment with a comprehensive range of provisions, including speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and sensory support.
Encompass was established in September 2024 to serve Reception-aged children from across the Borough of Croydon. Admission to Encompass is managed through the Croydon SEN Department, and the provision accommodates up to 10 full-time places. All pupils attending Encompass have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
Encompass provides tailored support, and a personalised curriculum in a small-group setting with a high adult-to-child ratio. As part of Fairchildes Primary, an outstanding school, we are committed to ensuring that children at Encompass feel fully integrated into the school community. Our aim is for them to benefit from the diverse and enriching curriculum that a mainstream school environment offers.
