Dear Parents, 

Please see the links below for the information that you will need to read in regards to driving into Fairchildes Ave from 30th March 2020.  The letters detail the reasoning behind the implementation and how to apply for a permit should you be exempt. The sheet entitled Frequently Asked Questions is useful. 

It is particularly important to note the following: 

• Only registered permit holders can drive into Fairchildes Ave, Comport Green and Thistlewood Cres between the hours of 8am -9:30am and between 2pm and 4pm. 
• The penalty notice charge for driving in without a permit is £130 (discounted to £65 if paid within 14 days) 

This information will be sent out to our families via email and placed on our website and Facebook page. Families who have told us that they do not have an email account will receive a paper copy. If you speak to other parents at the school gates, please make sure that they have received the information and if they haven't please ask them to contact the school office. 

Can we also remind you that breakfast club opens at 7:30am.

Whilst we appreciate that parking and walking is going to be an inconvenience to some families, everybody is aware of how dangerous Fairchildes Avenue has become in recent years- it is an accident waiting to happen and we hope that you will work with us and Croydon Council to make the journey into school a safe one.
