Music Vision

We are determined to provide a broad, rich, and deep curriculum for all pupils at Rowdown. To that end we believe that it is every child’s right to experience and enjoy all of the arts in their many forms to enhance their wider lives support their cultural understanding and development, emotional resilience, and give them an outlet to experience and develop their own individual creativity. We believe that music creates happiness, wellbeing and a sense of confidence and growth for our pupils.  It is also our belief that we do not have to link PSHE with the Music curriculum as what we provide in practice is intrinsically linked to the elements of PSHE.
